American and European Roulette
A typical American roulette
wheel contains numbers 1 through 36, plus 0 and 00. A European
roulette wheel contains the same numbers, except without the 00.

coming up if there were no 0 or 00. Those extra "numbers" which
distort the true odds are what make money for the casino. By
